Interests: Organic Synthesis, Carbohydrate Chemistry and Medicinal Chemistry

Dr. Hari Prasad Kokatla has completed his Bachelor's degree from Osmania University in 2002 and Masters from University of Hyderabad in 2004. After finishing M. Sc. in 2004, he has joined the group of Prof. Y.D. Vankar, Department of Chemistry, IIT Kanpur for PhD and completed it in June 2009. In August 2009, he moved to Prof. Mahesh Lakshman in the City University of New York-USA for postdoctoral studies, then to Prof. Sunil A. David University of Kansas for second Postdoc. In December 2013, he joined NIT Warangal, where he is currently working as assistant professor in the Department of Chemistry. His research focuses on Organic synthesis, Carbohydrates and Medicinal Chemistry.
