    Doctor of Philosophy (Ph. D) at School of Management NITW

    The PhD program at the School of Management NITW offers specialization in the areas mentioned below.  It enables the participants to master relevant methodological tools of management research and advance the current body of management knowledge. The rigour of the doctoral program provides ample training for an academic career or in research positions outside academia. 

    The areas available for pursuing doctoral program are

    1. Economics
    2. Financial Management
    3. Information Technology.
    4. Marketing Management
    5. Operations Management
    6. Organizational Behaviour & Human Resource Management
    7. Strategic Management

     

    The research at the School of Management NITW expects the participants to think critically and reflect originally with high ethical standards. In doing so, the participants will not only meet the rigour of NITW but also the societal need for excellent researchers and academicians.

    The full-time participants are provided with scholarship and accommodation at the institute. For part-time participants, the curriculum does provide the required flexibility to balance their work and research.
