Submission Guidelines: Each paper should contain an abstract of approximately 300 words, and must be less than 16 pages including title page, references and appendix. For preparing the manuscript, please see instructions for authors by Springer, in the Lecture Notes in Computer Science series. The submissions will be accepted through EasyChair. At least one author of an accepted paper must register for the conference and present the paper in the conference. Only the presented papers will be included in the proceedings.
