Ph.D. Programme ? Departments of Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering and Mathematics in addition to Civil Engineering.

2nd Convocation of NIT Warangal. Dr. Anil Kakodkar, Chairman, Atomic Energy Commission and Secretary, Department of Atomic Energy, Government of India delivers the Second Convocation address.

MOU was signed between NIT Warangal and M/S Philips Software, Bangalore. Under this MOU Philips software shall sponsor a maximum of 5 candidates to pursue M.Tech (VLSI) in the institute. Further research collaboration is planned between the two partners. Phililps Software shall also sponsor a state of the art laboratory in VLSI at the institute.
